Liability Waiver

• By registering for the Sea Breeze Harley-Davidson Bike & Car Show, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

  I understand that participation in this event involves inherent risks associated with motorcycles, vehicles, and public gatherings. I voluntarily assume all responsibility for any risks of injury, damage, or loss that may occur while participating in or attending this event.

  I agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Sea Breeze Harley-Davidson, its owners, employees, affiliates, sponsors, partners, volunteers, and the event organizers from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in this event.

  I confirm that I am the owner or authorized operator of the vehicle I am registering and that it is properly insured as required by law.

  I also grant permission to Sea Breeze Harley-Davidson and its partners to photograph or record the event and use any images or video containing my vehicle or likeness for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes without compensation.

  I understand that event details, schedules, or categories may be subject to change at the discretion of the event organizers.
